I have experience in shell scripting and have written utilitarian Perl Scripts. I was instrumental in the move of Web-Based products to an offshore location by creating install scripts for web servers, creating a DNS schema based on new IP ranges, installing and configuring the servers at the offshore co-location facility and assuring that the switch from the US based products to the offshore based products occurred with minimal downtime.

Primary responsibilities included domain account creation and maintenance; data back up and restores, server construction and maintenance, hardware upgrades and troubleshooting of workstations. Remained as the on call supervisor 24 hours a day. General responsibilities encompass that of DHCP administration and occasional SQL administrative duties. Projects have included development and implementation of company-wide trouble ticket notification system, construction of expansion at second location including collection and submission of estimates. Supervised and assisted in construction throughout its progression, self-installation of all CAT-5 wiring and phone lines. Personally trained all necessary staff on the installation of network infrastructure components. Developed plans for a redesign of the entire network staff area, hired competent work force to see construction through to its fruition.

NOC Coordinator

Maintained management responsibilities of POC (Point Of Contact) staff; assisted in assignment of company-wide work requests, became primary contact and responsible party for specialized infrastructure projects. Promoted to Windows NT Network Administrator in November 1999.
